Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center
Central Telecommunications, Inc. was involved in this project from groundbreaking until a few weeks after opening. Without their expertise and hard work, we would have been hard pressed to finish the job on time and at budget. CTI's hands on expertise guided us through the often confusing technology portion of the project. They were able to explain in plain terms what was needed and why.
CTI helped determine the IT needs for the project. They then worked with Starwood to ensure we were following Sheraton standards throughout. They worked with all of the sub-contractors from the bid process until delivery of services. They worked with the IT department to ensure seamless connection between the hotel and the conference center connecting to the property. When we hit a roadblock, they were always available to solve our problem quickly.
Being the project coordinator, I usually have several contacts, vendors, and contractors I have to work with at the same time. My least concern with the project was IT because I could always count on CTI completing an assigned task. John Yeager, who we worked with the most, was always available and his IT experience helped when dealing with the franchise, electrician, and other sub-contractors.
So often, IT companies are hired that just want to sell you a specific product. CTI was IT consulting in the purest form. I have no hesitation, evidenced by this letter, to recommend them as IT consultants on any project and can specifically attest for the help they can provide in the hospitality field.
