Investment Protection
CTI follows a highly developed two-part strategy of delivering products that can be leveraged over time, plus assisting with expense management from both financial and architectural perspectives. The first aspect of the strategy includes hardware and software technologies that provide long-term investment protection, while the second aspect includes unique expense management programs utilizing NEC Financial Services. The result of the strategy is that CTI's customers save money, gain purchasing power, and reduce Total Cost of Ownership.

Network Assessments
Our assessment offerings include:

• Network Assessment – evaluation of existing data network infrastructure (L2/L3), performance and capacity testing, and recommendations for any network upgrades or improvements needed to close the gap for a planned network/application implementation.
• IP Telephony Assessment – we provide two levels of evaluating IP Telephony readiness:
  • IP RediCheck – a “pass-fail” test that validates whether a network can adequately support toll-quality VoIP calls.
  • IP Telephony Readiness Assessment – evaluation of existing voice and data infrastructure, VoIP call quality testing, and recommendations for any needed remediation or upgrades in preparation for the planned IP Telephony implementation.
• Network Security Vulnerability Assessment – includes non-intrusive penetration testing from inside and outside the network perimeter for security vulnerabilities, evaluation of existing security practices and policy against industry and/or regulatory standards, and recommendations for any needed remediation.
• Wireless LAN Site Survey and Design – determination of number of access points and optimal placement needed to deliver expected radio frequency coverage in a planned WLAN network; also detection of any rogue AP’s in the existing network.

Network Monitoring
Your network is a critical business asset, and maintaining maximum uptime and availability is the highest priority. To keep your business operations and processes running smoothly, we provide remote 24x7x365 monitoring and notification of your network infrastructure and applications to detect device failures and performance issues before they have a chance to affect your user community. In addition to fault management and escalation from NEC's professionally staffed Network Operations Center (NOC), we provide managed component reporting as well as ongoing operations support for network infrastructure protected by NEC maintenance.

Structured Cabling
A structured cabling system (SCS) is a set of cabling and connectivity products that integrates the voice, data, video, and various management systems of a building (such as safety alarms, security access, energy systems, etc.).

Overhead Paging
One traditional component of many enterprise-class solutions is an overhead paging solution that is integrated with the telephony platform. In the overhead paging industry there are two premier brands that stand above all others: Bogen and Valcom. CTI can gladly work with either brand and can customize the paging to fit your needs.
